CHILDREN
Children are welcome to enjoy services with Kathryn Kern. We kindly ask that only children who have a scheduled appointment be in the salon. We value the safety of your children, we desire to provide you, and our other guests, a relaxing atmosphere to receive your hair services.
RESERVATIONS
We recommend scheduling your appointments in advance to accommodate your schedule and the time that works best for you.
CANCELLATIONS
We reserved your appointments especially for you; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations on basic service, 48 hours notice for services over 2 hours, and 72 hours notice for services over 3 hours. Credit cards may be requested to hold specific appointments. Cancellations without notice will result in a minimum of a $50 cancellation fee.
